I have been painting for many years and have worked my way through watercolours, pencils and then finally settling on acrylics. Most of my work is painted on untraditional material such as slate and more recently natural wood. In 2018 during a visit to Cornwall I discovered that some interesting materials such as sea glass and flotsam could be collected from the Atlantic beaches. These finds gave me the inspiration to create the Cornish harbour scenes that have proven to be very popular as each one is completely unique. I have recently started taking commission work for pet portraits.
