I have always loved making pots, but after a 40 year career in the NHS and with a grown-up family, I now spend most of my time creating handbuilt and thrown pots from my home studio in rural Warwickshire. This year I am exploring the incorporation of willow, wood and twine into some of my pieces. Imprinting and decorating the clay with seasonal foliage and flowers, then hand painting before glazing, makes each piece beautifully unique.
