We had a wonderful day in the glorious grounds of Compton Verney for our 2026 Plein Air Event – even if it was a bit damp! Around 60 artists braved the conditions and produced some excellent work which you can see in our online gallery. You can also see the winners of the different prizes.
SUMMER ART WEEKS 2026
From 20 JUNE to 5 JULY 2026, over 330 artists and makers took part in presenting original art at 100 venues across Warwickshire and Coventry. From stately homes and studios to galleries and gardens, you could find amazing original pieces from the talented creators and discover where art comes to life!
The event is now over for 2026, but that doesn’t stop you contacting the artists directly if you missed out on the event, or saw something that you didn’t get the chance to go back to buy. All their information is available on the website.

Do you want to get creative? Many of our artists run workshops that you can take part in to learn a new skill or improve your own creative practice. They might take place in their own studios or in a shared space, but there are lots to choose from across all different mediums.
