

REGISTRATION FOR 2026 IS NOW OPEN
Registration entitles an individual or organisation such as a charity / educational establishment / creative business / gallery to a whole host of benefits. This is separate to the Summer Art Weeks entry and the benefits are available to all registered artists, whether you are taking part or not:
- Eligibility to apply for events
- An artist / organisation profile page editable throughout the year
- Listing your workshop (preview)
- Listing your pop-up events (preview)
- Access to networking events and advice / guidance to support your practice
- Prestige of being involved in the largest art organisation in the area
- A network of area reps to support you
Registration is for the calendar year from January through to December. The registration fee for 2026 is £35 per year.
We have produced a couple of simple videos to walk you through the process of completing the forms :
Step 1: Sign in or create a new account
If you are new to the website, you will need to sign up as a user. You will receive a confirmation email before you can complete your registration and entry. This is an automated email so please check your junk box if you think you may not have received it.

Step 4: Create your artist profile
One of the benefits of being a WOS registered artist is your profile page where you can load lots of images of your work, additional information about you an where people can see your work outside of Summer Art Weeks. You can also include videos and links to social media, websites, selling pages etc. This is separate to your Summer Art Weeks page on the website and can be kept up to date throughout the year. If you are a WOS registered artists you can add your profile on your account dashboard.
