Opening your studio / home or coming together with other creatives in a shared space has so many benefits for artists. You can be creative about where you show your work: it could be at home, in a studio, workshop or garden. Pop-up exhibitions have been held in cafes, offices, barns, museums and church halls. Installations have even taken place in allotments, canal basins and railway carriages!

For our 2026 Summer Art Weeks we are introducing a new streamlined fee structure where all participating artists will pay the same fee, regardless of venue size or how many artists are sharing a space. We’re removing the previous group discount categories to create a fairer, simpler system.
Every artist will now get your own page on the Summer Art Weeks section of the website as well as your own text, image and details of your event in the printed brochure. All venues will automatically be included on an area specific map in the brochure which will be produced by the WOS team.
If you are going to be exhibiting at more than one venue any additional entries will be at the discounted rate of £55. This option will be available through the account page, once you have completed and paid for your first entry.
Which entry form do I choose?
- If you are exhibiting on your own at a venue then select item 1
- If you are sharing a venue with other artists or organisations then you need to identify someone as the venue lead and that person selects item 2. They complete all the venue specific details such as address, directions, opening dates & times, added extras etc
- Once this has been done, all the artists at this venue (including the venue lead) then select item 3 which is where the artist specific details are entered such as artwork image, text, artform, social media, emails etc. As part of this form you link your entry to the venue details already provided by the venue lead who has completed item 2.
- This should simplify the process for those at shared venues but if you have any queries then contact admin@warwickshireopenstudios.org
(NOTE – The options for entry will only appear once you have completed registration)
