Summer Art Weeks is the key event of the year for me, and once again, I am delighted to be part of Art in Dunchurch. This garden setting in the heart of Dunchurch is the dream destination for any art lover, with eighteen artists in one venue, and a covered, outdoor café serving home baked cakes, plus live jazz and cocktails on the late evening. Don’t miss it!

This year, my current body of work is the most varied and considered that I have presented. It includes the results of almost twenty years of learning to navigate the joy and challenge of being a watercolour artist. I have been pushing out into some different directions with my work, and have enjoyed being pupil rather than teacher. This has included more sketching, trying various printing workshops, exploring composition and the effects of repetition. Some of my new pieces combine elements of these, or are informed by the results of this experimentation.

As usual, I will be showing original paintings, prints, and gifts. Enjoy!
