Region: Stratford-upon-Avon
Artform: Mixed media, Multi-disciplinary
Escape Arts is thrilled to celebrate 10 years since the renovation of our unique community Arts & Heritage Hub – a vibrant space at the heart of Stratford that brings people together through creativity, heritage, and wellbeing that is open to the public. We are excited to have fully reopened our doors to the public every Friday and Saturday, welcoming the community to engage, create, and connect.
As part of Summer Art Weeks, we will shine a spotlight on the transformative impact of community arts and creative health with a special exhibition featuring inspiring mixed-media works from our community art communities in Stratford and Nuneaton.
Visitors can experience:
– The premiere of new animated films An Enchanted Valley & Fishing for Friends, led by Gemma Foye from Let’s Animate and Artist Naomi Paul.
– Creative Narratives – an exploration of personal storytelling through art led by Artist Rob Hamp
– Light It Up – a stunning recycled lamp installation led by Artist Julia Snowdin
