Growing up in a small rural village was a voyage of discovery for me as a young girl; fascinated by nature, I found colours, shapes, textures, and smells exciting. This fascination remains until this day and is an important part of my life and my own well-being. Those childhood memories have inspired me to translate that joy into my ceramics. I love making quirky, playful nature-inspired decorative ceramics. I believe that the process of creating with clay is healing and is food for my soul and, if at the end of the day, I can make something that makes me or someone else smile then I’m happy!
