I completed BA and MA degrees in Graphic Design. This then led to a career in publishing taking me from London to Oxford working in the education sector of the publishing market.
I develop my work through layered processes and varied textures. As each painting evolves, imagination takes over, allowing me to merge reality with the impressions and emotions the subject evokes.
A landscape or the sky may serve as an initial reference, while at other times the work begins with simple shapes that gradually transform into patterns and more abstract forms.
