My work is very labour intensive and often tells stories, in fact I see myself as a Visual Story Teller. The backgrounds of my scrolls are made up of paper, and hand dyed fabrics which are held together with machine stitch and then stencilled or printed with imagery which form a second layer, the top layer is often decorated with hand stitch.
As well as WOS I am exhibiting in Aynho for Oxfordshire Art Weeks and also with Leamington Studio Artists for Art In the Park in August. This year my life story has been documented and I often give talks alongside. I also run workshops .
