The Ceramics Studio is about much more than making pots (though we do love that part). It’s a place of community, kindness, and the quiet magic that happens when people sit side by side, hands in clay.
Our studio is home to our PotFam — many who began as complete beginners and are now confident, long-time members, supported by pottery aunties Gaye and Leyla. During Open Studios you can enjoy pottery demonstrations and see beautiful work made by our members on display.
Everyone is supported on their own creative journey. Some come to learn skills, others to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the calming rhythm of clay. There’s no right pace or perfect outcome here — just curiosity, practice, and pleasure in the process. Progress is personal, not performative.
We’re proud of our PotFam and always happy to welcome new hands into the clay.
