Chris will be displaying a variety of hand forged items all produced locally at his workshop in Earlswood.
His work ranges from functional household pieces such as candlesticks, bookends and decorative coat racks to sculptural and ornamental pieces inspired by the simple, elegant lines and smooth flowing curves seen in the flames of his forge.
Chris likes to design and make pieces which, although made from solid steel, look delicate and elegant. He appreciates designs that utilise simple geometric forms, balanced ratios and negative spaces.
