I am a Mixed Media Artist and Gut Health Specialist with a strong belief in the mind–gut connection. This led me to create ‘ Anna Clarke – Create Nourish Heal’ , a practice that combines creativity and nourishment to support holistic health and wellbeing.

My work is rooted in personal experience. After the loss of my father, I painted shared memories onto his clothing as a way to process grief and organically this became the foundation for my ‘Rags to Treasure’ workshops, where I guide others to paint meaningful scenes on garments belonging to loved ones.

With a background in textile design and fashion, my sustainable practice focuses on repurposing garments and fabrics from charity shops, educating others on the environmental benefits of reuse and creating art with purpose.

Nature is central to my work, particularly coastal landscapes and mountain ranges. My process begins outdoors and develops into abstraction, building texture through collage, collagraph and eco-printing.
