I have been concentrating on painting botanical pieces for the past ten years and enjoy the fine detail found in nature.
In order to increase my knowledge of the painting of the botanical world I undertook the three year diploma course set by the Society of Botanical Artists, achieving a pass with distinction.
In the past I have illustrated for a number of commercial companies, including Derwent Pencils.
I am now inspired to portray the plants and flowers from our garden and beyond with the skills I have acquired over the years.
