Biography
The Kingsley School Art Department is a vibrant and creative community where pupils are encouraged to develop confidence, technical skills and a lifelong appreciation of the arts. From the youngest in our Prep School to the oldest in our Sixth Form, students explore a wide range of disciplines including drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, ceramics, textiles and mixed media, while developing their own unique artistic voice. Creativity is celebrated throughout the school, with opportunities to take part in exhibitions, workshops, competitions and collaborative projects.
As part of Warwickshire Open Studios Summer Art Weeks, the Kingsley art department is proud to present its annual Summer Art Exhibition. Showcasing artwork by pupils aged 3–18, the exhibition features an inspiring and diverse collection of work ranging from imaginative early explorations to highly accomplished GCSE and A-level projects. Come along to discover paintings, drawings, photography, textiles and mixed-media pieces that reflect the skill, creativity and individuality of our young artists.
