Biography

I am a painter based in Warwick. Previously, I have concentrated on ceramics, painting on pots – now I paint on paper and canvas. I love to draw and paint urban scenes and to work in the studio on more stylised and convoluted pieces, influenced by artists that I admire such as Kurt Schwitters, Hans Arp, Max Ernst, Hannah Hoch and Joan Eardley. I also like to do portraits and will be taking part in Art in the Park again this summer, drawing portraits to raise money for charity.
