Start your very own sketchbook journal! Learn how to capture those special moments on holiday, days out or to simply record day to day events at home. On this workshop, you will learn the secrets of developing a loose and spontaneous approach using pen and watercolour to record landscapes, buildings, people and more.
The workshop is aimed at adults of all abilities.
Material List: You will be provided with an 8″x8″ sketchbook which you can work on and take home. Please bring the following materials with you:
● Watercolour paint (student or artists quality, hue or pure colour, pan or small tube, these colours or equivalent):
○ Yellow ochre
○ Cadmium yellow
○ Cadmium Red
○ Alizarin Crimson
○ Ultramarine
○ Sap Green
○ Burnt Umber
○ Paynes Grey
● Watercolour brush (size 6 or 8 round)
● Waterproof sketching pen – black 0.3mm
Tea, coffee & biscuits will be supplied
There will be a 15 minute break if you want to bring a packed lunch.
