Karen Stone Watercolour Workshop – Chickens, Hens & Cockerels

This workshop is aimed at adults of all abilities – You can either bring your own materials (£40.00) or have them provided for use on the day (£45.00)

This workshop explores the use of watercolour to illustrate a variety of ways to represent the common chicken, hens and cockerels.
Learn simple drawing techniques to quickly capture the bird in a number of poses and then move on to a larger work.
If time allows experimentation using brush and intense pencils will also be on offer.

Materials: Watercolour paints in a variety of colours,
No 4 and No 8 brush (or similar),
HB and 2B pencil, rubber,
300gsm/240lb watercolour paper (Smooth or textured).

Tea, coffee & biscuits will be supplied
There will be a 15 minute break if you want to bring a packed lunch.
