Artform: Drawing, Painting
I create paintings and drawings in a range of subjects including wild and domestic animals, landscapes and everyday objects. Making my subjects ‘pop’ is the most satisfying aspect, by finding the highlight or reflection required to make it look real. My paintings are created using acrylic paints mainly, although sometimes I do like to do some looser pieces, using watercolours and ink. When I am drawing, I tend to use coloured or graphite pencils or pastels, working on a variety of mediums.
At St Johns I hope to bring a range of artwork, including original pieces, prints and cards, over a range of prices. I am always happy to discuss my artwork and do commissions.
