I create unique abstract botanical paintings that reference texture, space and movement. Through reflection on my own experience of changing environments, research has led me to consider how plants impact on the structural and decorative change in our outside spaces, both rural and urban.
This year I'm excited to be exhibiting a range of works from my latest series, including originals, prints & cards, alongside a kaleidoscope of wonderful artists and makers from across the region brought together at the fabulous Wren Hall. Wren Hall is a light, bright and easily accessible venue in a lovely village location close to Warwick, and well worth a visit!
Alongside my studio practice, I also run a range of workshops and classes in different venues in the Warwickshire area on painting, sketchbook skills and mixed media. I'll be sketching away on my latest projects whilst I chat to visitors and am looking forward to being part of a welcoming, relaxed and inspiring experience.
