Three strands of Emma's work are on show in 2024: prizewinning portraits in oil; powerful abstract life images in ink and acrylic; and impressionistic Warwickshire landscapes from the four seasons in oil on canvas.
Emma’s portrait work has won prizes in group exhibitions in Dubai, been exhibited in London as part of the Royal Society of Portrait Painters Annual Show, progressed to the second round of judging in the BP Portrait Award, and been exhibited at the Rugby Open. She is also a regular exhibitor with the Leamington Studio Artists Gallery.
Her abstract life work springs from intensive artistic retreats in France and the desert in the UAE, with 10 hours studio work each day with life models trained in theatrical dance.
Her impressionistic landscapes highlight the curious subtle vibrancy of an afternoon in the Warwickshire countryside.
Emma does portrait commissions and sells original work, limited edition Giclée prints and cards. Please contact Emma for more details.
