My inspiration begins with a fascination for line, colour, form and space along side my love of nature. My work is always original and constantly displays my love of mark making using a variety of mediums in layers , textures, unusual tools and techniques in a loose and free way.
I aim to capture a feeling evocative of the florals in nature rather than photorealism.
I prioritise the negative space that can be seen through and around everything I see which aids the replication of movement indicative of nature.
