The residents are excited about exhibiting their art in the community room situated within the hub. The residents enjoy a varied activity programme, which includes an art group and photography club. Being able to do things they enjoy is vital to their mental and physical health and wellbeing. The residents' creativity is fully supported by the activities' team, volunteers and carers. The residents produce a variety of art and enjoy painting and drawing together. Some of them are very skilled watercolour artists, whilst other simply enjoy colouring in. The photography group produce wonderful images whilst out on trips or in the lovely garden they help to maintain. The art group also experiments with collage and mixed media, producing large pieces that involve the whole home. We even have a resident who is a keen sculptor. Let's not forget the skilled ladies and gents who love to sew, knit or crochet to keep their minds and fingers busy. Please come and see how varied our skills are.
