I’ve always had a passion for art, although for many years ‘life’ took priority with raising my family. I love painting animals, especially portrait poses, as I feel we are privileged to have them share this planet with us and although we cannot always see them in person it is a great honour to view them whether it be in a photographic form or through a painting. I have studied wildlife, horses and pets and have captured their forms in a variety of different mediums.
I have also been dabbling in other concepts of portraiture as I enjoy the challenge to expand my range.This has encouraged me to use a different ‘eye’ to achieve the desired piece and express different aspects and meaning to my art .
