Venue, Timing, Cost

This will be a six weeks course on the foundational script, a beautiful and elegant script that can be used in lots of creative ways. There will be a break for half term. You will need the following materials as a starting point:
Layout paper - a thin paper for practising.
Either William Mitchell no 2 and no 3 nib with separate reservoirs or a number 3 and 4 Speedball nib
Pen holder to put the nibs in
ruler (preferably a T square ruler suitable for A4 paper)
Pencil, preferably a rotary one for the fine point.
A board to lean on, big enough for A3. This could be a bit of mdf with a couple of lengths of 2x2inch wood attached with glue at the back so the board is on a slight slope.
Ink - my preference is Robersons Prouts brown. Or gouache which is an opaque watercolour.
