Alina Bondarchuk is an artist from Ukraine. In 2024, she earned a bachelor’s degree from the Institute of Graphics and Design at UKEN University in Kraków, Poland. That same year, she moved to the United Kingdom to begin a new chapter in her life and artistic journey.

In her artistic practice, Alina prefers working with watercolor and ink. Her work focuses on existential topics related to traumatic events in human life – both individual and collective trauma. Lived experience transforms into expressive images and forms, reflecting the subtlest shades of human emotions.

Additionally, Alina creates watercolor works, including landscapes, flowers, urban sketches and still life. Through these subjects, she seeks harmony between deep inner experiences and the simple joys of life. She hopes that each of her works will open a space for conversation with the observer about a beauty that is always present even in difficult times if only one learns to notice it.”
