Using paper, an everyday material, Clare transforms the everyday into the extraordinary. Hand-cutting and folding she creates unique pieces of art through repetitive motions. She enjoys working with the contrasting strength and fragility that paper as a material holds. She is inspired by forms in nature, particularly those at a microscopic level. Clare is an award winning artist and continues to explore the many different possibilities of paper.
