I am a tapestry weaver, creating bold, contemporary images in fine cotton and wool yarns. I use a wide and vibrant palette of colours and love every aspect of the work. This year I have been continuing a "people and their lives" theme inspired by poetry, stories and the small details of everyday life. In addition, I have been focusing on using textiles to represent the earthy qualities - pigments and textures - of pottery and stone.

Once again I'm delighted to be sharing gallery space with Kate Harvey and her lovely watercolours and drawings. This year we are also delighted to welcome ceramicist Lesley-Ann French to exhibit with us at West Rock.
