Emma's contemporary landscapes, seascapes and semi-abstract pieces capture an atmospheric moment in time and the beauty of our ever-evolving natural world.

By focussing on the effect of changing light, colour and form, the work explores and reflects the connection between the natural environment and our human emotions and moods. Inspired by a love of the British countryside and coast – the belief in its healing and restorative powers – Emma aims to bring both the serenity and the drama of land, sea and sky to our indoor spaces.

Artworks are produced mainly with acrylics on canvas, adding energy and dimension to each piece by creating interesting surface textures through layering, rubbing back, varying weights of application, visible brush strokes and the use of mixed media.

Original artworks and a selection of limited edition prints are available to purchase. Commisions are accepted after consultation.
