Collaborating with Julie Whitehouse and Adrienne Obbard, our Open Studios at Monika’s garden studio offers a great range of art from original abstract paintings by Monika to delicate botanical watercolours by Julie and quirky emu paintings by Adrienne. We are a trio of artists who will exhibit their work for the first time during WOS and we would like to welcome you to come over to our glorious garden for an informal chat and a glass of wine. I will exhibit a range of unusual and unique mirrors, which I redesign with old world paint colours and botanical elements.
My other love is abstract painting. I often sit in front of a canvas with a range of textured pastes and gels and I let the process develop naturally without overthinking and overanalysing. I use lots of texture in my paintings together with mesmerising use of colours. Please come and join us to explore this lovely part of South Warwickshire.
