Based in the picturesque Cotswold village of Ilmington, I walk every day in the hills around my home and draw on the beautiful local landscape for inspiration. I have an eclectic approach to art-making and like to work in various styles and media, from drawing to acrylics, oils and collage. Ten years ago I set up a teaching practice, The Art Parlour, which now offers online workshops as well as 'real-life' ones, and I'm always researching subjects and styles for demonstrations. I find working with other artists, sharing our paintings and ideas, to be the greatest learning experience – and life is never dull!
