Emma O'Brien is an illustrator and maker of monsters.

Her monsters are fun and furry, all with their own characters and personalities – they have a quirky look that matches Emma's style of illustration.
Emma's work appeals to children and adults alike.

She often draws inspiration from her obsession with outdoor swimming, and this is very apparent in her work.
Emma is available for commissions and during Art Weeks you will be able to see her at work in her studio.

As always, Emma is joined by fellow artist, lampwork bead designer and silversmith jeweller Ali Perry. This year the artists are in their new venue at Emma's home, in her garden studio, where visitors are also welcome to a delicious vegan cake (or two).
