A R Gill pottery is a small, family run, traditional English pottery, set in the heart of the Cotswolds. We specialise in handmade terracotta flowerpots and pottery lessons. All of our pots are hand thrown on a wheel in the traditional method.
Andy Gill is a master potter, being traditionally trained at Whichford Pottery, where he worked for over thirty years. Andy now concentrates on his own distinctive range of hand thrown terracotta flowerpots, where he uses traditional techniques from his workshop. Andy creates his own designs with the gardener in mind. All pots are made with locally sourced English clay, and are of the highest quality. Designed to be practical and frost resistant, yet retaining classic and functional styles.
