Louise Eardley and Virginia Dowe-Edwards met at Wolverhampton University over 20 years ago whilst completing their ceramic degrees & have been friends ever since. They have both retained their enthusiasm for ceramics.
Virginia’s ceramic animals are exhibited in galleries throughout the UK & at Art Fairs worldwide. Each of her creations is unique due to the way they are sculpted & finished. She also takes commissions and has recently been featured on a popular BBC television art programme.
Louise creates beautiful hand-thrown functional stoneware, which she decorates in fun 1950s inspired illustrations, & has developed a wonderful range of handmade ceramic ornaments.
They would love to welcome you to Virginia's home studio, where there will be a display of work and a chance to see us in action. There’ll also be tea & cake!
