Two artists from Badsey, Worcestershire, have joined forces to exhibit together at one venue in the village to display art in 2D and 3D.
Ian Gibson, a painter, will have recent paintings and prints on show. Using a naturalistic style of painting, he works in watercolours, acrylics and oils to create mysterious imagined landscapes where familiar features such as trees, hedges and buildings are thrown into shapes and structures that defy gravity and common sense.
Gloria Norman, a retired teacher of ceramics, uses her considerable experience to create striking objects in high fired stoneware. Her popular range of quirky birds has been complemented this year with bowls and jugs in organic shapes inspired by natural forms.
