Five years ago I had the privilege to design my own creative space, my garden studio. Working in the garden makes me want to capture the sound of the rain falling, the depth of a crystal pond, sun rays' reflection in dew drops in the morning, bird song, flowers and leaves.
My pottery is mainly inspired by the nature of water, nature in general, Japanese and other ethnic arts. I use brushes and paint on my ceramics sometimes, or I add glass to bowls to reach the feel of the depth and transparency of water. However, I love to experiment, so my range is rather wide and every piece proudly is unique.
I am always more than happy to show my lovely studio to visitors, so feel free to come and have a browse - no obligations whatsoever!
