I design and make kiln-formed glass artworks from concept to installation for a variety of different markets. I have recently moved my studio back to Coventry and closer to home after two years at the Custard Factory in Birmingham.
My main collections are handmade from 1mm stringers and glass sheets, to create bespoke tableware, gallery pieces and private/corporate commissions.
I have exhibited larger artworks at events like Made, Contemporary Craft Festival and with the Craft Council at Origin. I also exhibit my art at local events such as Made in Leamington, mac, Etsy local and Warwickshire Open Studios.
I have recently completed a nine-year residency at Coventry University and installed twenty-four wall panels in the foyer of their Engineering and Computing Building. Other corporate clients include Volvo Group UK in Warwick.
For the last two years I have been the Craft Council’s talent ambassador for the West Midlands.
I also own and run the Blue Door Gallery in Earlsdon, Coventry. We showcase artworks from local artists, students and art organisations.
