For 2024 I am thrilled to be exhibiting as part of Art in Dunchurch again, alongside 17 other artists. This ‘secret garden’ venue in the centre of the village is idyllic, providing an inspiring setting for a widely diverse range of artforms. In one visit you can see everything from painting and illustration to sculpture, ceramics, glass, wood and textiles.
My familiar florals explore form and texture, with a focus on details. Finding ways to capture the play of light and changing hues across blooms or through trees remains a passion. A renewed love for plein air sketching provides inspiration for landscapes, both local and coastal.
Exploring new materials has encouraged experimentation with some interesting and exciting results!
