Biography

Lorna originally studied jewellery at the Kent Institute of Art and Design in Rochester in the 1990’s. Now living in Leamington Spa she is predominantly a Linocut print maker in both single colour and multi-block and reduction methods. She also enjoys the Cyanotype method of printing.

Returning to her jewellery roots Lorna is enjoying returning to silver jewellery using silver clay. Here the print maker and jeweller combine as the silver is often embossed with leaves and fabric to create texture. This is alongside her up cycling of various tins it make earrings.
