It’s a new era of art for Arts @ Unit 13 at Ditchford Farm ~ the lovely Ros Ingram is now resident artist there, and the group for Warwickshire Open Studios (WOS) includes artists new to WOS and to Ditchford Farm. The Gallery at the Guild, Chipping Campden ~ open year-around daily from 10-4, this beautiful cooperative gallery of 28 local artists is run by the artists and features their work, including Binks’s. Headliner exhibition “Komorebi; fleeting, beautiful moments” at the Gallery at the Guild. The Potters’ Jolley 2024 exhibition, 25 & 26 October, Saturday 10-5, Sunday 10-4. This annual exhibition features work to buy from 10 talented local ceramic artists with possible guest potters. A wide range of unique work to buy, from jewellery to dishware to sculpture. There will be an onsite cafe featuring cakes by European-trained patissier Silke Bruening. Biography
Binks is inspired by storytelling, mythology, and animals. She creates sculpture and jewellery in a range of media. She especially loves expressing joy and peace in her sculptures, and her current work explores animal masks, sgraffito, and dream imagery.
She trained in the USA and UK in fine art & design and jewellery; her jewellery has been published in two Lark Books in the 500 series, and her sculpture and jewellery can be found in private collections throughout the US, UK, Australia, and Europe. Her sculpture has been awarded Public Jury prize in an open international exhibition.
She lives in the Cotswolds with her husband, who is an actor and writer.
