Over the past 20 years, I have enjoyed transforming my wheel-thrown pottery into something striking and beautiful with botanical images, most of which are finished with colourful glazes. My designs are hand-painted or use a wax resist technique which reveals the qualities of the different clays. During Lockdown I enjoyed exploring other art forms such as embroidered hoops and folk-art peg dolls. I also set myself a challenge to do a painting on a teabag every day for three months. These paintings have now formed my Teabag Art Greetings Card collection and all of these can be bought at the exhibition.
