I initially studied ceramics at Loughborough College while training to be a technology teacher and caught the 'pottery' bug! After teaching ceramics for two years I set up The Piggin Pottery Ltd in Dorking with Rod Weightman. I completed an MA (Design/Ceramics) at Bath Spa University in 2011 and following that was fortunate to have a second studio at Corsham Court in Wiltshire for a number of years. After moving to Harborough Magna to be closer to grandchildren I now work from home and sell through local craft markets and Midlands Potters Association exhibitions and annually through the Warwickshire Open Studio Summer Weeks. I am currently Chair of the Midlands Potters Association.
