Artist Paulina Kalwarska explores ideas through various art forms, including paper collage, drawing, plaster casting, and found objects. Kalwarska is interested in how the material, form and colour can trigger a psychological and emotional reaction in the viewer.  The work takes on an abstract form in the hope that the absence of the figurative allows for a deeper connection to the physicality of the visual art.

Kalwarska is a member of Holyhead Studios in Coventry and will open her working artist studio for the Warwickshire Open Studios - Summer Arts Weeks Festival 2022.
