Thanks for visiting me profile! Here's a bit about me:
I am a self taught artist born in Rotherham living in Coventry. I've drawn all my life, but about 5 years ago finally found 'my style' and have been developing that ever since. This will be my third year in Open Studios.
My work is in an illustrative style, and predominantly uses Ink Pen, although I also use my iPad to create designs for prints and cards.
Inspiration comes from Anime and Manga, Japanese culture, body positivity, tattoos, patterns, and nature. I often take photos when I'm out for walks that I can use as a reference later.
My works come from a personal place, and so I struggle explaining the thought process behind them! I'm happy with that process because it means I will keep on creating works that make me happy, and if other's like them too then that's a bonus!
