Also exhibiting at Art in the Park 2022 - 13/14 August - alongside two other talented artists - Pippa Prosser and Ellie Rose - hope to see you at this exciting summer festival
Judith takes much of her inspiration from the light and colour of Andalucia where she has a house in a white pueblo, surrounded by olive trees. Having spent eight years in total there, she has absorbed the special atmosphere and culture of the region. This remains a strong influence , but more recently she has also been focusing on her local Warwickshire landscape through the changing seasons. Inspired by taking a Land Art Photography course using a Smartphone, she attempts to capture the ephemeral beauty of nature.
Judith expresses her ideas through an eclectic mix of different media - mixed media paintings, iPad drawings, photographs and mosaic collages. The work is tied together by a distinctive colour palette, often featuring her favourite colour turquoise. She has produced two collections of Andalucian recipes illustrated with her photographs of the region.
New for this year - garden wall art - some of the Land Art Photographs printed onto aluminium panels.
